Reservation Request Form

Please complete this form to Request a Reservation for the Prairie Church, History Center, or both facilities.

You can check our Event Calendar first to see if the facility is available on the date(s) you need.

Your Reservation will be for the area you specify below, and unless you only need the outdoor area, the entire property (indoor and outdoor) will be available and included in your reservation.

If you have any questions about dates or reservations, please email booking@hanoverprairiechurch.org before completing your reservation request.


    NOTE: Membership is NOT required, but HHS Members have priority for reservations if there is a scheduling conflict
